Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kopari glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on all products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be at least half full to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized mail location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
